  • mozziemaud : Did you know Sam that call centre staff are often given fixed scripts to use for a variety of scenarios? Not much room for movement there....
  • sammyb : I have worked out the the little minions that work in the overseas call centre have the ability to grant cranky ladies one wish only. So yesterday I rang about 12 times, sat on hold a lot but did get a little bit changed. They have definitely won the war but I won yesterdays battle...well I think I did.
  • mozziemaud : don't start me on banks Sam, I used work for one. They are responsible for most of the rape, pillage and plunder I have experienced in my life!
