Here we go.........North West Island, a beautiful coral atoll in the Great Barrier Reef is an Australian National Park sanctuary for nesting turtles and birds.   The beautiful encircling reef  is decorated with coral and abounds with sea life providing  snorkeling and diving treats.  A secluded place to find the meaning of life.   No cars, no shops; you take everything by barge - even your own water.   Camping out under the Southern Cross is heavenly.   Himself (a.k.a. my husband Dave) has organized many barge trips and watching the nesting turtles nest is a highlight of my life.
