I just
hope that the mural is accepted for the reason it is intended. Not as a commercial advert but as a joining
of friendship around the world. |

John (husband) -I just want to say thanks to the Irwins, and all their
staff and team for the excellent work they do in creating such fine and
educational TV programs. We really appreciate all you do. Seth (19yo) - God bless Steve Irwin and prayers and
blessings to his family. Laryssa (17yo) - I like how the colors turned out and
I thought I did a good job for a beginner.
Some day I hope to visit Cory – (12yo) - I'm glad I could make a mosaic for the
mural. Even though I'm in |

This is awesome! Thanks for ‘giving to others’ through the
experience to join together in honor of a person who made a difference. This project has made a huge impact on
peoples lives (this is based on the huge impact it has had on mine- the
emotion, the excitement, the anticipation).
People who coordinate events like this, ‘make it happen’, creating
memories, should be ‘in the news’ instead of all the depressing stuff we
see. Once complete, the tribute will
keep on giving for years, to all the children and adults alike, who love
animals, the zoo and Steve. Bravo I didn’t
intend to do 2 pieces for the mural as we are undergoing a remodel, have
illnesses in the family and so much stress going on right now. However, I really felt compelled to do this
little dolphin. The way people
encouraged me, the internet search coming right up with the albino dolphin,
Joe Carter donating glass to me, and finding and learning about Kokomo Glass
all contributed to leading me forward to complete the dolphin. It was therapeutic as well |

I am
definitely a mosaic tragic. I love fossicking for old crockery, tile, odds
and ends. My most favourite shops are usually the ones run by the local tips.
Because or due to my passion I acquired my Certificate IV in Assessment and
Workplace Training so I could instruct in mosaic so more people would
discover what a fascinating art form mosaic is. While living in |

OK. Thanks to all the people who thought up the
project, and made up the fact sheets, who are collecting all the designs, and
somehow pulling them together as a mural. And the wonderful people who are
going to adhere the mosaics to the wall, and the massive grouting project. |

In his
way, with his zeal and passion, Steve brought the world together with his
charismatic love for family and wildlife. The children of the world loved him
and because of him, understood how to be, “Wildlife Warriors.” Warm hugs
to Terri, Bindi, Bob, his dad Bob |
