What is the Reward Point Program?

The PERKS CARD Reward Points Program is a program that allows OzMosaics to reward you, our valued customer for your continuing patronage.

The program itself is quite simple.
Whenever you make a purchase, you earn Perks Card Reward Dollars. Once earned, those Reward $ many be spent on products within OzMosaics store.

How does the PERKS CARD Program work?

Members of CLUB mOzOz are eligible for Perks Card Program Points.
Join CLUB mOzOz $20 pa.
When you make a purchase, you gain a number of Perks Card Reward $, which equals 5% of your order.  

All pending points are listed in the Online Shop Reward Points Sidebox, which you may view in the shop when you are logged in; the pending points will appear pending until approved/confirmed by OzMosaics Online Store.  Once any pending $ have been approved, they will be released and your account will be credited with the value of those $ -  ready for you to spend on whatever you want.

 Here are a few helpful tips.

• Reward $ do not expire and can be accumulated until you decide to use them.
• You must login to your account in order to view the status of your points.
• During the checkout process you'll be able to pay for your order with your Perks $ balance.
•  Perks earned on your current order, will be available on your next order.

Redeeming Reward Points

If you have a balance in your Perks Card Reward $ Account, you can use those points to pay for purchases made at OzMosaics Online Store.  Perks Card Reward $ are redeemed at a value of 5% of each order.   This means that $100 order gives PERKS of $5 (perks are not calculated on gst and freight).

During the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method, there will be a box to select if you wish to use your Perks $, as well as information on the total amount of points available.  Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Shopping Points Account to cover the cost of your purchase.

Continue the checkout procedure and at the confirmation page you'll notice that the value of the Perks $ redeemed will have been credited towards your order.  Once you confirm your order, your Shopping Points account will be updated and the points used deducted from your balance.

Minimum Points Required
There is no minimum number of Reward Points required in order for you to use them.

Minimum Purchase Amount Required
Currently, no Minimum Purchase Amount is required to redeem your points.

Maximum Points Redemptions allowed per order
Currently, there is no maximum amount of points you can redeem per order, and so you can save your points for a really expensive item if you like.

Will I earn points for shipping fees?
No. When calculating the amount of points earned, shipping fees are excluded.

May I spend my points on shipping fees?
Yes.

Will I earn points for discounted products?
Yes. The amount of points earned is based on the cost of the item purchased. If you purchase an item on sale, it will earn you fewer points than when at its regular price.

Conditions of Use
Reward Points are only available to members of CLUB mOzOz.
(Annual Subscription to CLUB mOzOz AU$20).

• Reward Perk $ may be used at OzMosaics Online Store and Studio Shop. Reward Points are non-refundable and can't be transferred between members.
• Reward Points are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
• When buying with Reward Points, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Reward Points Account to cover the cost of your purchase.
• When calculating the amount of points earned, shipping fees and taxes are excluded.
• If you are member of CLUB mOzOz and you shop at the studio shop, please advise Customer Service so that your points may be used and we will update your account.
• Perks $ rewards are only available to current subscribed members of CLUB mOzOz ($20 annual membership).
